Board Evaluation

Rather than the traditional survey experience, BoardOutlook uses dynamic questions that dig deeper to understand behaviours and circumstances. 

 

 

 The diagnostic evaluation:

The board evaluation diagnostic covers all key review areas, with different templates available by type of organisation, board maturity and review depth. We recommend that this diagnostic is completed by all board members and key members of management, with reporting available to the whole board.

During onboarding we will work with you to customise templates as required by for any specific focus areas emerging from key strategic initiatives and organisational structure.
